Annoying bouncing accelerating problem
I re-flashed my tune file by HPtuners MPCII 2 weeks ago but since this process I feeling a very interesting regular wavy jumping effect during accelerating. Only at normal-light accelerating, not problem at very slow and hard accelerating. I hold my leg consistently on the throttle pedal, and otherwise I drive my car since 2018 with this setup and tune, without any changes. 2 weeks ago I re-flashed the file because a reason (it's not important here now) and I feel this wavy jumping effect.
I re-flashed the file may I made any mistake but not... I can't solve it. I was carful at flashing, battery connected to charger, started in service mode...etc. I don't understand what's the problem.

Actual error code list:
P00C7 and P0106: 3yrs old error codes, since supercharger install. Nobody solved it. So I live each other with this code and the car runs properly. Setup: Magnusson heartbeat, kooks headers, kooks x-pipe with greencat, remote tune from Jannetty Racing (I live in Hungary, Europe).
U0126 and U0100: New codes since re-flashing the tune file 2 weeks ago.
P0300: I have a new problem, started 2 months ago. When the engine warmed up, I hear misfire problem (rumbled accelerating, noise sound from exhaust, decreased power). Maybe spark plugs, cable or other ignition problem, it will be checked on the end of this week.
P12F0 and last: I don't know what are these, these are new too, started since I feel the misfire problem.
Maybe this wavy, bouncing throttle effect come from the misfire problem? Same? Otherwise the idle is stable, engine sound is clear.
