The mounts use oil as a dampening agent. If it is leaking it needs to be replaced.

I remember when engine and trans mounts just were rubber molder around metal. I bought aftermarket ones that were stiffer with polyurethane back on my 91 and 01 firebirds, even had options for solid mounts. now fluid filled ones..
sounds just like the belt tensioner when you see it wet with oil, its usually leaking and time to replace.

OP have somebody put it up on a lift , could be something simple as the fill plug is loose ..... or the pan bolts are loose
