Searched this and can’t find definitive answer. Just purchased a 2014 from Pennsylvania and live in New York. Car has a catless x-pipe. Does anyone know if it will pass NY state emissions? I do have the stock x-pipe with cats if need be.

It should be fine. Catless x pipe eliminates the secondary cats only, not the primary cats. Although I'm not in NY, mine passed Massachusetts and Connecticut emissions with an AWE off-road (catless) x pipe.
That’s exactly what I was thinking. Stealth mode and I believe they put probe for exhaust in tail pipe so I will be there and tell them to put probe in outside tailpipe because that one has a scratch and don’t want the others to get one!!! 😉😉 Thanks for responses but hoping a fellow NY guy will chime in.

Unlikely they test the emissions. They'll plug into the OBD II port, check for codes, verify all the monitors are set, do a quick visual, and send you on your way.
On a C7, it's next to impossible to tell if the factory mid-pipe has been replaced with one that has no cats unless you put the car up on a lift.
In the VERY unlikely event they do test for emissions, they'll put the probe into one of the center pipes with out the NPP valves. If you have it in Stealth or Tour mode for example, the valves for the outer pipes will be closed and they'll be unable to insert the emissions probe.
