You can take the inside door panel off, have someone drive and you sit in the passenger seat and listen for any rattles. Other than that, take it to a dealer and let them see if they can find the source of the rattle. Good luck - rattles can be a real PITA to find and fix.
My "rattle/squeak" was the top of my passenger seat leather rubbing on the B pillar. I just moved seat up a tiny bit...problem solved. Hope yours is that easy
As stated, get someone with GOOD hearing to help. You drive and let them try to localize it Someone who is small and agile to be able to scrunch around for access is helpful. Tell them to press wherever the source seems to be. Sometimes doing so will change the sound enough to locate it. A mechanic's stethoscope can often be a help in a pinch.
