Does driving her in fog (yes even condensation on the car) considered driving in the rain? And, if so, have I voided my chances of going to Corvette Heaven? Be gentle, this one is personal.........
Yes it does and as such you have committed one of the biggest sins of Corvette ownership. The authorities should be at your residence shortly to reposes your poor, abused car.
Without our S.F. fog, most of us here would be lost. It's a force to be reckoned with and I just figure if I'm going to Corvette Hell, I won't be lonely!
After, I went to the National Corvette Museum in 2006, went on the factory tour, saw the fire hydrant amount of water sprayed on the new vehicles, before they left the facility, I stopped worrying about rain. A C3, definitely, a C4 maybe, a C6 or C7, the only thing I worry about is detailing the mess the rain and debris caused.
Regrettably, we are compelled to concur with the consensus here. Fog is a cloud, which is essentially rain. Since the cloud (fog) has settled to ground level, if you have driven in the fog it is equivalent to driving in the rain. Sorry…

Don't know about the rest but I have never gotten my C4 windows to ever seal in a car wash. Don't care if it is a high pressure or brush wash. It won't seal. Rain? No. Several Corvette places have looked at it and it was as good as it ever got. New seals, adjustment, etc, etc. Finally gave up spending more money on it and let the water come in as it will and traded the thing off for a C7. Right now, it goes through touchless and brush car washes so one thing accomplished.
To answer your question, rain and fog have a different definition so, no.
Not the first time one of the 10 commandments has been broken.
Lighting will not strike you down.
Enjoy and let the big man up there make the decision if you get to pass the pearly gates.

What if it is a big woman? Could be a big being that doesn't conform to male or female. Might not have pearly gates either. Maybe a force shield?
