Hey all first post in the forum but would love to hear thoughts on this topic. I’m interested in upgrading my C7 Z06 with a few mods. In particular, corsa extreme exhaust maybe better belt, air intake , headers, cam and possibly a tune. Does any of this affect the reliability of the car. If so, I’m not interested. I wouldn’t mind some hp gains but mainly interested in the old school sound of the car. Thinking the exhaust and cam would be enough but not sure what else I need to do to make this work. Thanks in advance !

I posted on your other thread you have, the reliability and drivability on these cars can handle a large power increase, comes down to the tune of course.

You will definitely need a tune with headers and cam. Lots of reputable vendors on the forum.

These upgrades or even downgrades (depending one's perspective) should not affect reliability of your Z06 as long as installed correctly. However will often negatively impact car's value / ease of sale.

If the mods are done using quality parts and a reputable tuner, I do not see any reason why your car wouldn't be just fine. Of course, anything can happen when you start modding a car, but your plans are not outside of common mods that have been done many times.
