My dash cluster flickers And my a/c going on and off

The more info the better. What is flickering? Nav screen...DIC? How old is your battery. A common issue with an aged battery is electrical gremlins.

Like Maxpowers said, check to see how old the battery is - a weak one can cause all kinds of problems.
