HPTuners and hiring a remote tuner is what you will need if you want extra cracks and pops. No handheld tuner is going to get you much of anything unless you have Diablew build you a custom file for the Diablosport Handheld. However, I am not certain he will/can do crackle tunes. PM me if you want info on a remote tuner for HPTuners that has experience with cracks and pops.
