The C7 carbon flash package would work.
Perhaps they are available through GM parts departments.
I may end up doing that.
Thats really what Im wondering about. Has anyone used aftermarket that they can recommend or do I need to spend the dealership money to get GM products?
I have the Corvette Mods ones. They are not bad and were pretty cheap. If you can find the OEM get them but good luck. It may be better now but when I was looking a year ago I could not find them and was unwilling to spend $300 from RPI or ACS.

I have Velocity Yellow with the ZF1 package which give you the Z51 rear spoiler and Z51 wheels and mine are the black version. I looked for the Carbon Flach badges and found the cheap one on Amazon as well as the GM. I decided to go GM but much more money. Ordered them on Dec 27 and will not get them until the 25th of this month. I am really looking forward switching the chrome badges out. Then the Carbon Flash Stinger stripe.
I recently bought a used Range Rover Sport and plan on blacking out the lettering using this: https://www.dipyourcar.com/pages/emblem-grille-kits
I did find some cheap black letters on amazon, but this will save me the effort of removing the OEM badging and realigning properly. It's really 6 of one and 1/2 dozen of the other as there is some work involved for both methods. I'll report back here on how it went.
My vette already had the carbon flash package.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I have used plasti-dip on a lot of things over the years. I plasti-dipped the wheels on my C5.
I actually coated my front flag and the side stingrays with plasti dip. The flag was easy but the stingrays took a few tries.
Anyway, the plasti-dip convinced me that I need black emblems but I would rather have the red flags, etc on my crossed flag emblems.
I only want the chrome blacked out thats not a problem on most cars because most emblems are all chrome.
It will likely work well on you RR and it is remarkably durable.
Can't answer your question about what they're made of but something else to think about between OEM and aftermarket. The OEM's are going to give you the true "gold" colored Chevy logo and with a lot of the aftermarket's the Chevy logo is more yellow. This is a minor detail that really bothers some people.

Here are the results of my hyperdipping project with the badging. I am still working on getting rid of the other silver pieces, through either hyperdipping or replacing with black pieces.
