Default Issues with valve lifting

Hello,

My c7 started to make weird noises. The diagnosis was that the valve lifter went bad. I am living in UAE so parts is a little problem. I am trying to find part 19433052 but it is out of stock everywhere. Any leads on this?

Thank you

When I looked up that part number, it shows as a manifold, not a lifter. Are you sure about the part number?

Do browser search for this part number. Several show available on eBay.

But as noted, this is a manifold and not just a lifter.

Hey,

yes it is, the thing is the lifter caused some damage so manifold needs to be changed. Thats why.

I found this

Amazon Amazon

Would it work?

I have also found

https://www.ebay.com/itm/334464005880 L2303K-16 is a full set of lifters that contains 8 of the deactivating and 8 of the non-deactivating lifters.

12698946 and 12698945 are the mifters I am looking for. Any opinions on this kit? I have found it for half of the price of the adcdelco stuff.

Thank you

Could have been damaged during the repair process. I would have never dropped the intake manifold if I didn't need to replace a bad lifter so it's the lifter's fault, not mine excuse.

Default My Cadillac needs a 19433052 (Valve Lifter Oil Manifold)

Hello,

I live in Albania, Europe. I bought a Cadillac in the US, and when the car arrived here, the motor was making a strange sound. So, we opened it and we saw that the lifter number 4 was not working. After that we changed the lifter of that side of the motor, and after that number 4 and 6 got broken again.

We think that the Valve Lifter Oil Manifold is not working properly, and the lifter are not getting enough oil, that's why for the second time the lifter with the same number and directly linked with the manifold got broken.

Also before the car arrived in Albania, had a service check, and they have changed the lifter, they were not the original ones when we opened them and found number 4 broken.

We are searching everywhere for the 19433052, but it looks out of stock, can we have mor information, or what to do please.

Hi,
Sorry for the rant, but noticed that this reply from Chevy Cust Service was dated this year...

If GM actually cared, they would not ship cars, year over year, that have lifter problems. Inexcusable.

Again, sorry for the rant...
