I am unable to direct any airflow to the floor vents. Pushing the floor vent button doesn’t work. I’ve pushed all buttons, even held buttons down longer but only get airflow thru dash vents. I even tried auto mode. No difference I can get windshield defrost. I wonder if a damper is not operating correctly but have no idea how to troubleshoot. I did disconnect battery for a few hrs but it made no difference. I’m surprised how cold my feet get

My ‘15 experienced the same issues. The first time the actuator got stuck, I was able to use my diagnostic tool to recalibrate it. Unfortunately, a little more than 6 months later, the mode actuator remained stuck somewhere in the middle. Had my dealer replace it (out of warranty). Ran me about $1400 all in.
Perhaps you can get yours to move again with a recalibration.

I assumed the repair would require dash removal which I wanted to avoid. I will try scan tool/recalibration
Thx. Ha guess I could repair 3LZ dash at same time!
