lower engine cover ideas??
Has anyone done something special on their lower engine covers?? I have mine painted Red but looking to enhance them?/. Pics would be appreciated.

I have to admit that the OEM molded "plastic-look" does nothing for me, no matter how painted. If my C7 engine-compartment were of any interest to me, having done so for decades with other vehicles, I'd fab real aluminum pieces, even though they would add a little weight.

They are nice heat soaks that are supposed to also cut down on coil noises.. you can go to my solution.. I will be leaving them off and running red valve covers from Harding Performance. Don't get cheappies though get a quality set from a quality company with good track record
