I have a '12 Tahoe and recently had to pull the TB off. When I reinstalled, everything went nuts. Ended up having to take it to the dealer to reprogram the TB.
I just purchased a Soler TB for my '15 Z06 but have not installed it yet. For those of you that have changed to a Soler, was it necessary to reprogram the Vette?
I have already installed the Soler throttle controller with no issues.
It's been a few years since I installed the Soler TB, but from what I remember, there were two options. First one was following a set of steps to "teach" or reprogram the TB. I took this approach which was easy and recommended. The other option was to just install it and drive; over time it would relearn the new TB.
I did it the way they suggested. Disconnect battery Neg, wait a few minutes (tool gathering time), and then install. There is a cycle on-off-on process that takes about 10 minutes to "relearn". I had no problems with it.

Thanks in advance for the help.
Sorry to hear about your Tahoe difficulty. Like others who've commented, I had zero problems installing my Soler TB and TC. Dealer involvement was NOT required. @Mike@SolerEngr's instructions are all you should need for a similarly painless "relearn" experience.
I actually just drove mine after Soler install, yes it takes a bit to "teach" your Corvette but extremely well worth it. There are some that did the 10 minute battery disconnect, I cannot speak on that method. I would put it on and just drive it. If you get an error code like listed in his instructions then you do the disconnect method I believe. Here is basic instructions if you do not have them
I think I just went with pulling the negative terminal at the time on the battery (instead of trying the fuse) because I was installing a few things at the time and just wanted to clear out stuff and start fresh.
either way a performance cold air, soler tb, soler tc, mgw shifter, 2019 gas pedal has made driving my 16' Z 7 speed much easier and smoother to drive overall. I also have gotten more use to it at all. #nostalling
I just installed the Solar Performance TB on my 2014 Stingray and drove it for the first time today and its seems like no codes or anything but it will learn on its on since it will record how you normally drive just give it some time I got the TB controller and man of man its quick!
I was skeptical but installed the Soler TB/TC and couldnt be happier. I installed per their instructions and everything went fine. Best money I have spent on my vette.
Please post the part number for the 2019 gas pedal. Any tips or tricks to installing it ??
Thanks!
.
this is the part number string, as far as I could find and they fit SR,GS,Z06 22936178 replaced by 23418313 replaced by 84872010 maybe some mods were made to each part number change?
very easy removal and install, plug and plug on the electrical connector and just 1 bolt to remove.
depending on your flexibility in order to mosey on down in that area comfortable to get it.
