First I've ever heard of a A6 Shudder. The A6 is a very durable transmission. Of course that doesn't mean that you can't have a converter issue with a A6 trans.
The A6s on the Tahoe/Suburban/Silverado usually eat through their first TC at about 120k miles. I have lots of experience with that platform. That’s why I dump my Tahoes at about 75-100k mark and get another lower mileage one. Outside of that, pretty bulletproof
Change the fluid anyway. Maybe you can do it yourself. Cheap enough. Many people experience an improvement even if there aren't any problems.
Use the latest Mobil-1, trans fluid, blue bottle. I bet this would help a lot. Your car is 9 years old.
Anything that rotates can mimic shudder , that's why so many people are unhappy with the A8, they have the shudder and the dealer does the flush because GM removed the PICO test requirement....
Then when that does not solve the issue the customer is pissed off and blames the transmission when in fact there is nothing wrong with it .
In your case , check the balance of the tires. Have they been road forced balanced ? If so did they do a "Bullseye " balance which means they are dead on , not within a spec .... if not , get them balanced
While they are balancing make sure they check for bent rim as a bent rim will also shudder .....
I had new tires mounted on my car , which never had shudder , I always jump on highway afterwards to check balance , it was shuddering, come to find out back tire was bad and not within spec

Yes, but how many 2014 C7s have 75-100k miles on them, Unlike Tahoe/Suburban/Silverado I bet very few and "14 C7 average is probably less than 50,000 miles. OP how many miles on your 2014?
Thanks everyone, some good ideas. I'll call my Vette tech and pay him a visit. I'm old school so these new fangled cars are out of my experience. Car has 53k miles by the way.
Have the transmission completely serviced by a reputable transmission specialist. The life of any new generation transmission, the 6L80 included will benefit from regular service.
My experience with the 6L80 transmission
The 2014 Corvette shares the same transmission platform as my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali; however, the 6L80 in the 2014 Corvette is beneficiary to the upgrades learned from the early 6L80 failures. My Denali transmission, an early model that was prone to failure still made it 219K miles and never failed.
For context --- My Denali made six long haul trips after the engine/transmission passed 100K miles. Two of the trips were from central Texas east to Tennessee with motorcycle and trailer. Later the Denali made four trips from central Texas west, two trips with motorcycle and trailer and two trips without to New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado.
I believe the 6L80 is very robust. It has performed very well over my thirteen years of ownership. The performance of the original transmission was a positive experience that gave me the confidence to keep the old Denali instead of plunking down 85K for a new one.
My point is, regular service intervals from reputable transmission specialist will greatly extend the life of your transmission. Please, please do not use the cheap drive through lube shop for this service.
I have the A6 in my 2014 with approx 10,000 miles. No shuddering. This is the first post I have read abut the A6 giving problems. Hope you can diagnose what the problem is, and please let us know.
I have a 2015 with 22,000 miles and I have been chasing the same shudder you have described! I have replaced the torque converter, new tires and wheels, and still have it. On mine there are some days when it is more noticeable than others. Still don't have a solution!!

No haven't done that!~ Probably need to but not sure who to trust with the process. I don't have a lot of faith in most dealerships!!
Sometime shooting the parts cannon at a problem really does not work ... the PICO test measures the harmonics of the vibration and will lead you to the source . Like I said above anything that rotates has the ability to mimic shudder, That's why so many people bash the A8 since GM waved the requirement of a PICO test , now every dealer just shotguns a triple flush and when that does not work the owner is pissed and still thinks its his or her transmission.... do yourself a favor , find a good dealer and have a pico test done
