Default General question

Good afternoon All,

Have a very general question regarding selling my beloved stingray. Have any of you sold your vehicle privately or on a marketplace site? I randomly chosen online site to see what they would give me for it, and I think they kind of lowballed me. Just kind of curious if you have any ideas as to where to sell it. Any info or ideas would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Depending how quickly you want to sell....you can start in the CF for sale section. Some good success stories there. I would skip Carvana. They may go bankrupt and you dont get payment immediately after the take your car.

I have not as of yet. I have to gather all the necessary pictures up to appropriately post it.

so Carvana is the one that gave me the lower than expected offer. I understand it’s a dealership and they’re looking to make money on the car, so I don’t hold it against them. I was looking at them because of ease of pick up and whatever else.

I was going to list it on here I just need to take as many pictures and post them before I do so.

I really don’t want to sell the car. I love it. However, we are moving and it won’t be garage kept. I almost feel like I’ll be doing a disservice to her. Lol

Believe it or not, I sold my 63 vert on Craigslist. Local guy paid cash, before getting the pink slip!

I sold my C5 privately on Kijiji as I got about $3K more than I was offered as a trade-in when buying my C7. Had the dealer broker the sale so that I got the tax relief on the C5 purchase amount (I'm in Canada...not sure if it works the same in the US).
