Navtool Malfunction
Anyone experience Navtool "black screen"? If so, suggestions on how to remedy it?
Mine was working then suddenly quit. Blue LED on Navtool box is steady on, but nothing on my screen when Carplay should be displayed.. Factory system including nav and back-up camera all function properly.

I've had the camera go black and had to replace it but I've seen nothing on Navtool going black. Is there any text on the bottom of the screen at all?

No text on the screen. Everything was working. I touched the Factory screen corner to switch to Carplay and it went black. This process worked before but no more. Touching the black screen returns the Factory display.

Give NavTool a call and see what they recommend. Hopefully it is an easy fix.
