Default Car Beeping
Today I was walking up to the car and it started doing short beeps that kept up until I opened the door and the beeps turned into a continuous honk until I started the car. It did not do that again as I did some more errands. I have a stock '19 GS with 18K miles. Any idea what might have caused this?

Thanks in advance for any help.

A bad battery has been known to do weird electrical things. Easy cheap start.

get the car's battery and the fob battery checked.

True, a wonky battery can produce all sorts of weird actions, but all I've ever had do similar on any vehicle was hitting the "Panic" button.
