If you have Nav, you’ll have a Nav icon on the infotainment screen. I believe the NAV was an option on the car separate from the 2LT package (at least that is what a search turned up).
I had it in my 2016 Stingray but not in my current 2019 GS. And really do not miss it. I find using Waze via my wireless CarPlay much better. The one thing I do miss is the OEM nav shows up in the HUD.

I run both and pay attention to the shortcuts on the Navigation. The new version gives me better detail on turns and Navigation,
I do not have to take my eyes off the road, so I do not hit the potholes or FOD, it tells me how many feet to the next turn, and tells me turn at the next light or stop sign. It also gave a great alternate road to get around Stop-n-go traffic on the HWY 405 in Beverly Hills, that Waze did not even mention.
I have a 2017 grand sport it came with the nav system. but you must call on star to up date the program, at least i had to also my vette has the lt3 up dayes
Bette’s 2015 and newer have either Factory Nav or the just the Nav icon and Nav thru OnStar.
Factory Nav - you have the actual Nav icon/program in your car and it functions properly with or without OnStarOnStar
Nav - you have the Nav icon but it has no functionality when pressed without the purchase ofOnStar.
you do have the option of changing out the HMI and radio module ~$1399 which updates your car/vin to have factory Nav and AppleCarPlay and Android/Auto
on my nav system it was installed by the factory very limited service. i went to the dealer a young nice looking lady showed me the limited service, I was not happy called on star by pressing the blue button. make sure you have your vin. number when you do this, they told me I did not have a down load, they also explained the different plans. I elected to go with the premium plan. $49.00 a month. the reason for this i plan on going from florida to wiscon may 30 so i went the best. I have as mentioned a grand sport heritage package LT 3 package in a 2017
If it doesn't have nav and you want nav it is a very simple upgrade. I added nav to my 2017 it's a simple plug and play just order a I 06 hm module from infotainment .com

You are still better off using Waze for a trip like that. Remember, unless you have the pay Traffic service from XM/Sirius, the nav system will not give you any of that information. With Waze you get that plus extra important info like where the police are. Important if you are driving a Corvette!

Updates to the Nav come on a memory stick that's coded to the VIN in your car. After you get the stick, you use it to download the update into your Nav.
If the car didn't come from the factory with Nav, will they sell you an update for your VIN? Will the update work in your car?
Wondering...
