I have a 2016 2LT. Is there a way to have the turn signal indicators shown in the HUD? It did on my C5.

Thanks, Frank

This has come up a number of times over the years and I have not seen anyone yet figure it out.

No way to do it.
Just another one of those WTF things that were just right on the C6 and then done wrong on the C7.

Same with the gauges in the C6 hud, they are not there in the C7. Makes no sense to have a hud and not see oil pressure or water temperature.

biggest blunder with the C7's is the inability to recall the maximum lateral acceleration number.

By the time we all get what we want, the HUD is going to be bigger than the dash.,

^^^^^
The setup on the C6 was just fine.
To some extent you had to choose what you wanted to display, but that was done by the driver and not the summer intern at GM.

I would agree that there are some things that would be nice to have displayed in the C7 HUD. Another setting option or two might have really helped.

Or how about everything the dash can do. Pick any 10 or whatever the number

Yeah, what good is the lateral g-force display when it doesn't show the max? Does GM expect us to watch the display when in a hard turn to see what it is?

The only thing I miss from the C6, are the more comfortable seats and being able to release the gas access door mechanically. I do not like using the rivet and leaving the door accessible.

I think they expect us to buy the PDR and use it any time we might might want to know the G.
Sometimes I think the C7 designers never drove the car except on their development tracks.

Honestly, it'd be a fun project to hack the HUD. I would assume it's just an LCD panel of some variety. Wouldn't be terribly difficult to hijack that with an arduino or rpi and a CAN reader and display our own stuff, it's all jelly bean parts.
