Thank you Sir. That's exactly what I was looking for.
The top setting of Street/Occasional Track is approximately the setting when the cars are delivered from the factory. I found my Z07 was set at -1.0 degrees to -1.1 degrees at all 4 wheels when I checked it 2 days after taking delivery and 300 miles accumulated on the car.
If you want easy on tires settings you will need to be somewhere in the -0.6 to -0.9 camber range or maybe even less. Here is the chart showing the factory alignment settings for the street. The track settings are not in the FSM and are only mentioned in the OM. However, there is a Feb. 2016 TSB that describes how to do the track alignment and which settings to use.

The difference between left and right front camber settings is more than likely to offset the road crown if the car is driving on the right side of the road center line as the car will tend to pull toward the most positive camber setting.
