Clicking noise
I have a 2016 corvette stingray has a gpi ss3 cam and a yank pro series 3 disk torque converter and long tube headers with just straight pipe I can here a ticking/fluttering noise from inside the car and from outside the car the car seems to be running fine and as the rpm goes up the fluttering gets faster and louder I don’t know what it is could someone help me is it normal to have this the noise is coming from the middle of the car under the dashboard area

No idea what it could be, but I would think that a clicking noise would not be normal. Hope you can find the source of the noise and then find a way to fix it if it is not supposed to be there.
