Not on my C7 but I do have red on my black C5 wheels. I went to a local wheel straightening shop and had them score a small channel on the lip of the wheels to facilitate adding a red stripe with a small pin striping paint instrument. It worked great. I killed two birds with one stone. I wanted to make sure the wheels were straight at the same time. No pics at this time but I am sure you understand the concept.
