When spec'ing out a C7 Z06 or Grand Sport was adding a PDR to a 1LZ and option or did you have to go 2LZ or 3?
I decided the C8 was a bit boring with the paddles and so I sold it to chase a C7 with a manual trans!
I believe people could order the NAV/PDR on the 1LT. If they wanted to order a lower-cost car for track usage they could order a 1LT with NAV/PDR, Comp Seats, M7 and Z07.
I know you get it with the 3LT/3LZ as it requires the Nav system. So, it would require the Nav system in the other equipment groups and I believe that was all tied in with the I06 radio option.

As usual, @Bill Dearborn is correct. As shown on this excerpt from page 33 of the 2018 Chevrolet Car (2019) Corvette Order Guide, Performance data and video recorder (UQT) was an available option on both 1LZ and 2LZ cars.
Good choice on going with a C7, BTW!

Yes. As shown on this excerpt from page 24 of the 2018 Chevrolet Car (2019) Corvette Order Guide, Magnetic Selective Ride Control (FE6) was Standard on all Z06s.
