iPhone calls not coming through system ✅✅SOLUTION‼️✅✅
Please help. I cannot hear the calls from my iPhone over the Infotainment System when making or receiving calls using the steering wheel buttons. However, I can place or receive calls by selecting “Phone” on the main menu and can hear the other person by pressing “handsfree.” Does anyone know how to configure this so I automatically hear the other party by pressing the button on the steering wheel? On my first C7 I could do this with no issue but I’ve never been able to do this on my 2019. The dealer was no help. Said it was a software issue with the iPhone. I have tried unpairing and repairing with no effect.
I paired my 17 through the infotainment center. I had to run a cable form my center console and plug it in to the phone. Make sure you pair your phone again and it should work.

After talking to six different people at GM I finally got this sorted out. The problem was that I had my phone’s accessibility settings set to speaker, which conflicted with the Infotainment System’s ability to route calls to in-car audio. Once I set the iPhone to route calls to Bluetooth headphones, it worked. This has been a problem for me for five years, including two trips to the dealer. The last person I spoke to finally had the patience to help me work it out.

I was also having the same problem, therefore ( LURKING) . So now I also no how to fix the problem. Very (cool).
I had the same issue two days ago. Whenever I plug my phone into a hard line, the in-car speakers carry my phone conversation. But wasn't having luck with Bluetooth. And I remember pressing 'speaker' on my phone when prompted. Now i know better!
[QUOTE=GTS Bruce;1607094360]Why would you want a phone bothering you when enjoying a drive?? I turn mine off.[/QUOTE
I don’t want my phone bothering me but when I need it to work I want it to work right.
I had to delete my phone from my infotainment settings and re-add it. It worked fine for a while then did it again (no audio). Then it started working again on its own. Flaky. Also my phone will just disconnect from USB and reconnect. Tried different cable, same. Also Flaky. I don't talk on the phone in my corvette as a rule but if an important call comes in I want the choice to answer it or not (my elderly mom, my son, etc).

Seems like a Bluetooth issue. Some other device or app that uses Bluetooth could be conflicting with your phone to Infotainment System connection. Headphones maybe?
