Default Part ordering problem

I have been away from the Corvette Forum for quite some time and just recently came back. I ordered a missing decal for my car from Cultrag a few days ago and have received no communication. Was it a mistake to order from them? I thought they used to be a pretty reputable business. Any thoughts?

I previously used them for my C5, C6, and now C7 with no issues. Suggest you call them to find out the status of your order. Given strike at some warehouses, parts may be delayed until the strike is over. Good luck.

I have sent an email with no response. I called this morning twice and selected Gene the first time and Patrick the second time. Both times it went straight to voicemail.

Use the search feature on the forum at the upper right, change the dropdown to Google and type Cultrag in the search box.
Multiple threads about customer service complaints but mostly it seems they deliver.
They are a supporting vendor, a PM here may also be an option.

I tried using them a couple of years ago to order parts when I finally got them on the phone they were very rude and I got the impression that I was brothering
them and for me to call back. In which I never did !

I called few years ago for a part and they acted as if I was a burden.
Never called or ordered from them again.

Never had a problem with them and I have ordered a number of things over the years. With the current strike going on, parts shipment may be delayed.

OH! I'm not the only one. I also have an order from last Friday & called today & left a message. No response. I was about to inquire if they were still in business.
And strike or not if it lets me add to cart & check out it should be on stock. That's how others are. I'm waiting to install sway bars cause I need hardware & I could have ordered elsewhere & would have had the parts in hand by now.

This is now the 4th "supporting vendor" that has sucked. Not a good record.

Never had an issue with either Gene or Patrick personally, but have seen a few complaints around here over the years. No, not a mistake to order from them, you’ll get your item, but it seems as if customer service may be lacking a bit lately.

The order software doesn't know what the GM inventory level is until the order is sent to GM and gets a Back Order feedback, it won't be sent to GM until you complete the order. All of the GM discount parts sellers order the parts directly from GM they don't have an inventory of their own.

Yeah but I did have ebay & amazon choices. The bigger question...will I even be notified if these parts are on back order & will take weeks to get?

I believe the strike is causing some issues. I ordered some items and did not get response on status. However, GM came thru, and the parts arrived.
