Default Missing fasteners?

When I changed the oil last week, I noticed that four needed cap screws were missing from the rear edge of the undercar shield, and I replaced them. In the attached pic, they're circled in blue.

I also noticed four nut serts (or similar) that had no fasteners in them, circled in red. Does anything belong there? I've had that panel off before, but I don't recall what, if anything, should be there.

And before you ask, yes, when I had the panel off I replaced the four at the back. Their absence is laid at the feet of someone less meticulous with their work than me.

If I'm looking at your car correctly those are for the center section of the front air dam. I couldn't figure out what I was looking at in your picture until I ran my lift up to look at mine. The threaded clips nearest the camera are for the side section of the air dam. You have no sections at all I'm assuming. There are six fasteners on my center section.

@RCollier Rick, yep you nailed it. I looked again and that row of holes lines up perfectly with the holes that used to hold our left and right outer deflectors. Our car is a Z51 option/package/model () and never had the center piece. I'd removed the left and right because they were 'scrapers', hitting the road or various other low level obstructions every now and then.

Thanks for your info!
