Hard to tell the extant of the damage however you can tuck the rubber lip back into the seatback groove fairly easily assuming the lip isn’t separated from the leather seat skin.
If your seat foam is collapsed and ripped, you can get a new one for like $100. A new seatskin is maybe $300-450. It’s not too difficult to replace both.
