Does anyone have experience with this product or have another recommendation to restore color to a small cracked area on my seat. Note that the area looks cracked but is smooth to the touch with some color removed. If it matters my seats are 2LT and kalahari in color.
As they say, "A picture is worth a thousand words".
As I recall, 2 LT seats are not leather. You may have variable results with leather dye on non-leather seats.
I would check with a good auto Upholstery shop and see what they recommend. My Upholstery Shop owner (he had taken over the shop from his Dad) recommended the following for non-coated leather seats.
With my black C4 (leather) seats it was easy. The leather was getting non-pliable and the black had worn through to the brown leather.
He said to soften them up with Johnson Baby Oil until it soaked on, starting at the stitching, and working in. When, it would no longer soak in, wipe it down with a clean microfiber towel.
He had me wait 24 hours and apply black Kiwi Leather Dye. When, I got done they looked and felt brand new! Good luck!

Talk to your local dealer and see who they use for interior repairs to their new/used vehicles. That vendor may be able to help you out and make your seat look like new.
Without pix I cannot tell what you are dealing with, but I've used the correct color paste shoe polish that works well in many instances. However, if the area is "used" a lot one has to redo it more often than many might wish.
Not sure about your specific color, but I have had great success with auto leather dye http://Autoleatherdye.com.
I have used them in the past and I just ordered a bottle of Adrenaline red for an entry and exit rub spot. It was a great match.
Their color missed my OEM Nissan color in the past, I mailed them a leather piece from a hidden spot under the seat and they sent me a custom bottle that matched perfect.
Easy people to work with.
