Yeah, there are a lot of different suppliers. It comes in different diameters, and in some different colors. Most are functionally similar and will work okay.
You can buy wire loom at many auto parts stores. But like the OEM loom, most of this stuff is not durable and won't last long. The link below offers a more durable loom that can tolerate engine heat better. I've used it, I like, although it's more expensive. I believe it will last quite a bit longer.
