You can see where it creased the bumper
I bought a 2016 Z51 this past week and getting shipping quotes as we speak. Sorry to see this pic. Makes me want to fly up North and drive it home now. Hope damage is better than it looks
Congrats on new ride though.

That lot attendant has no business moving cars. Are you still moving forward with the purchase? Repair, paint match and wrap match seem like a lot to go through already.

Congrats… But if I would have picked mine up I know that this wouldn’t have happened and she would have been in my garage already sleeping comfortably.

I think the damage has to be bad because they ended the transaction themselves.

Sorry to see that. Would have likely forced them to remove the wrap unless it's a common , easy to find product. Wonder if that attendant still has a job. Lot's more C7's to choose from. Carvana keeps lowering their prices. I had been searching them before buying mine. Lots of emails telling me prices are lowered. Good luck with your search.

Thanks. Im gonna keep searching, maybe just wait a little longer. Maybe I can get a better deal on one in a few months. I was really excited about the projects. Been a while since I was excited about a vehicle. Oh well. On to the next project.

The panel replaced can easily be done. I would be concerned about matching the wrap. Otherwise the whole car will have to be done again.

I'd Rationalize...... The damaging event saved you from purchasing a perhaps "bad luck"... "you shouldn't have"... this particular C7!.. Some one is watching after you, big guy!

Agreed, maybe there was something that wasn’t right and this event just saved me a big ole headache. Great way to think about it. Maybe I can wait out the market till it soften a little more and grab me a GS like I’ve truly been wanting to do.

They could always do a different wrap but it’s done now. They initiated the termination of the contract so I’m at peace with this turn of events. Everything happens for a reason.

I just checked Autotrader today and that car is back on the market. It still says no accident or damage reported.
