I have a 2015 base mode with a Z51 spoiler that I just added the ACS Wicker Bill extensions so now I am looking at adding a splitter and my first thought was to get the small, upturned extension to add to it, but now I am thinking of going a little more aggressive with the full Stage 3 but was wondering if they will fit the base model.

i went with the stage two on my Stingray because I thought the stage three would look out of place. I am happy with the results, but also think now the stage 3 would have been fine. Here's a pic of mine...
I've done the stage 3 from EOS on my last base Stingray 2 years ago and although it looked aggressive, it also looked out of place and incomplete.
The design was made to mate with the black trim pieces the Z06s and GSs have.
Your stage three splitter will stick out more than an inch on the sides with nothing to connect to.
I sold the car before I found a solution with the splitter on it. The buyer did not complain.
I think that looks just fine on your car. Well done.
It looks great, but his is a stage 2 which IMHO I see no issues with using it on a Stingray.
The OP was asking about a full stage 3. That will probably not look so good. It didn't on my 15 Stingray 2 years ago.

You would also have to install the fender spats as the widebody cars have. Then it would look better. One thing most people miss when they talk about the splitter is the fact the stock splitter should have the stock undertray mounted to the bottom of the splitter. Although the undertray is designed for track aerodynamic purposes it does provide some advantages when on the street. It provides extra support for the splitter and helps hold the splitter in place.

That was my plan although back then you had to buy the stock ones and modify them to fit.
Not sure if you can get them for Stingrays now already modified or not. You would think some vendor would have thought of that.
I sold the car before I made that move.
Adding the spats would also require adding spacers to the wheels to push them out ( Not a Fan) or get new wheels all together.
For the Z51 I just bought, I went the stage 2 route. It gets put on after Christmas. My buddy that has a lift and going to help is out of town until the new year.
