I like the laser washes - Sheetz, and some other gas stations have them and they do just Fine on corvettes. Never any issues. The laser sprayer moves, so no tracks or conveying

I've owned a lot of GM cars, all gone through automatic washes, never any issues with the headlight lenses - what are you referring to?

Automatic car washes deteriorate the UC protection in lenses causing them to oxidize/become hazy prematurely. Happened on my pathfinder. I stopped using them.

I have had people buff out the headlight lenses and that seems to work provided the sun hasn't weathered it too deep. My MB and Fords have gone through the brush ones and nothing of that sort has happened yet. I guess the Corvettes are just too delicate.
