A proper Road Force Balancing will make sure that not only is the wheel/tire assembly in "balance", it also checks for and can help correct out-of-round or out-of true conditions. Minor issues can usually be corrected by rotating the tire around the wheel until you get so that any discrepancy in the tire is countered by an opposite issue in the wheel. A road force of 20 is "ok", 10 is very good, and anything below 10 is outstanding. A square wheel can be in perfect balance, but it wouldn't be much fun to drive on.
The Discount Tires store near us says they do a Road Force Balance on every wheel/tire they sell or repair, but I don't know if that's true at all DT shops.

Every Discount Tire store location utilizes a Road Force capable balancer. Here is a LINK that better describes the difference between Road Force measurements and Match Mounting to achieve the lowest level of Road Force.
Would not even consider anything but a Road Force Balance ... and Discount Tire is the only place I take ALL my cars to when I need tires or balance done
I think TireRack also does this on wheel/tire packages. I also am pretty sure Discount Tire and TireRack are same owners. I wish I had a Discount Tire near me in Jersey.
