I've had good luck with this site. It only gives previous sales info though, no maintenance records like Carfax or Auto Check. You'll have to pay for that info.

I'm taking my Carfax report to the Chevy dealer. Those detailed records are in their system for a very long time.
Mostly a bunch of services, but one minor rear-ender w/o airbag deployment in it's first year of life. I'd like to know what was done.

Try your dealer first - they can run a report that lists all dealer provided service, including warranty work.
If you are wanting more info than that, a CarFax may be the way to go.
