The last C7 I owned had a slight drip on the dash on the passenger side only in car washes.
It never leaked in rain.
It ended up having an alignment issue of the glass. I pulled the door panel off and pushed up the glass on the front about an 1/8". retightened the bolt that clamps the glass and re-installed everything.
No more leaks.
If you are have water leaks. Look at both corners of the targa top.
