Default Performance chip

Just bought a sweet LT1 base 2016 and it came with a updated cold air intake as well as a corsa exaust and I'm not shure if they are factory but it appears to have either aluminum or stainless steel headers as well. How would know if they didn't or did change out the engine chip?
Thank you all for your help and some of the comments are funny. So I need access to the ecm via a software program. Currious to see how it runs on a dyno with the hp up grades.

These cars dont have a chip it has to just be re-tuned.

Gonna bet they probably didn't - mostly because "chips" haven't been used since the C4 generation.

But seriously, I think what you are asking is if they performed a custom "tune" to the ECM. I'm not an expert, but I would think anyone with a HP Tuner or similar device could tell. Dealer might be able to tell as well, but not 100% sure on that.

If you have headers....post a pic....then most likely it's tuned. For most header installs, the rear o2 sensors are removed. If the tune isn't tweaked you'll get a check engine light.

Headers are fairly obvious. Look for the tubes. If you see a nice shiny heat shield instead....it's covering the factory manifolds.

If the only mods are the cold air intake and the exhaust, it's probably not tuned since there's really no reason to do so.

In this photo of mine, you can see the header tubes and the heat socks over the spark plug wires...

Yeah, no chip on the C7. With headers, most likely a tune has been done.

If they are in place then there's a possibility it's not tuned.

Btw....You should have the front o2 sensors before the cats and the ones in question are the rear o2 sensors after the cats. Again....pretty unusual to retain the aft sensors with a header install so it's probably tuned

If you have any gas smell, it could also mean the car is catless. With a stock cam it's not too obnoxious but you'll smell it a bit. Most installs do use bullet cats.

No smell of fuel and with the ground effects on the car I'm unable to see the exaust. Will have to wait till I can get it up on a lift. Just bought car used and trying to figure out what mods were done before I got the car. No check engine lights on and car runs strong. Only 13k on the clock for a 2016. Just had all fluids changed and put it away for winter in ohio. Salesman who said he owns a corvette didn't tell me anything about the car. Give us your money and get out. Lol I think I got a good one. Runs like a dream and get plenty of smiles on my face shifting the 7 gears.
