Hello everyone thought I'd share a funny story that might help someone. When I first bought my car used in 2020 like any other person with trust issues I wanted to change every single fluid immediately. Did all the fluids no problem but when it came to my clutch fluid I was doing the good ole ranger method. It was late about 12:30 am and right after I syphon the dot 4 I get a call which fully distracts me, anyways genius here starts pumping with no clutch fluid in the reservoir (the anger and disappointment I felt right after was so immense). Started noticing issues getting into first and reverse sometimes had to pump once but nothing major. Recently saw a video where a c6 owner got a little vacuum pump gun and rubber hole stopper to which he drilled a 1/4 hole thru then stuck it on top of the reservoir and started pumping till about 15-25 pounds. Gave it a try and when I tell you guys this is a whole new clutch I don't even recognize it I mean seriously who is this guy and where has he been! Definitely the best method I've come across for getting air out of the system since we know how easy the regular bleeder valve is to get to.

Good tip, but would have been great if you had posted a link to the video.
