Pretty sure the aero package is the two black air deflectors under either side of the front bumper. You know - the ones that annoyingly scrape the ground at certain dips in the road. I removed mine and replaced them with a stage 1 poverty splitter, gaining more ground clearance and losing the scrapes.
Apparently, the deflectors do serve an aerodynamic function at speeds of 140 and above.
