There’s a strong chance your mode actuator is stuck/failing. The dealer can test and calibrate them. Before mine failed, I was able to unstick them with a calibration one time. Mine was stuck midway.

I Do Have A Extended Warranty, Hope Covers Some Or All Costs
That's a complete dash out of car repair.
Been there. $1400. Warranty paid $1300 of it. I opted to replace all actuators, even the good ones while the dealership was in it as peace of mind insurance.
I paid to have the working ones replaced. They only charged me for the parts. Thinking there are three and I paid $70 each for the other two.
