My 2019 Grand Sport’s On Star diagnostics stopped working over a month ago. I have tried to have it reset and have gone through various diagnostics with them. Still nothing. All other aspects work — GPS etc. At this point, I may just cancel OnStar. The car is driven only on occasion — its at a vacations property.
Any advice? I am contemplating just cancelling. It’s probably not worth the 40 a month anyway, although the car is my baby and I like having the diagnostics. Thanks as always for everyone’s help.
Are you talking about the report you get every month? If so you only get it when you start the car. IE if you have the car stored and don't start it you won't get it. The minute you start it you will get the report. I just got mine yesterday as soon as I started it which hasn't been started in the month of March yet.

sorry no. I am referencing the app which shows fuel and oil levels etc.
