Has anyone had any success with contacting or getting an email response from RPI Designs sales department? I've tried numerous times to contact them and, to date, haven't been able to contact a representative or receive any response to my emails. I've recently ordered a painted Z06 grille and want to amend my order and time is running out on me being able to make a change to my order.

Sorry, no experience with RPI, so I have no answer to your question.

Just came here to comment that every time I see your avatar, I think I'm seeing a post I've made that I've totally forgotten about. So confusing...

Terrible company to deal with, and they are liars. Their website says they are an accredited business with the BBB, I have an email stating otherwise from the BBB.

I'll keep you posted. I ordered the painted grille with cameras. I made a request in the memo section of the order form. I wrote that I had a set of cameras and if it was possible for me to use my cameras, to please amend my order. We're talking a bottom-line difference of $200. After a couple of visits to their site, I happened on an area on their site that indicated that using my cameras was possible. After two days and no acknowledgement of my request, I attempted to call them with no success. Frustrating, to say the least. I guess I'll just keep calling. My true concern is, if my order arrives damaged, how will I be able to resolve the issue if I can't contact them.?

Don't plan on going through the BBB like I did. They reached out to RPI and RPI wouldn't work with them. BBB told me there was nothing they could do, and a "blemish" would go on RPI's record. Clearly, they don't care about blemishes on their record, which is why they have 3 different websites all selling the same parts.

I bought door sill guards from them. Excellent product at good price. Called customer service regarding how the item would be shipped. Left message and received call back within an hour with the answer.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get to the voicemail area. I just get a recording informing me of their business hours. And, yes, I have called during their indicated business hours. Thank you all for your input. I guess I'll just keep calling and hope for the best.

RPPIDON is the user name of the RPI rep here, Josh. I had good luck communicating with him.

UPDATE: I called RPI Designs once again and finally got to customer service. Tammy, the customer service rep, did a great job of dealing with my issue. She was very personable and helpful. Needless to say, I'll feel more confident dealing with RPI in the future.
