Hopefully the clips that secure the bumper cover to the fender aren't broke. Having said that, a good body shop will be able to refinish all of that.

The clips are the redish things on each side of the car in the below pics...

Not in South Carolina! The person not at fault has to call the other person's insurance company to file a claim. Then they have to get in contact with their client before an appraisal can be ordered. They have 12 days to contact their client before anything can be done. Totally sux!!
My insurance isn't involved at all.
