Brakes
I put new brake pads on my 2016 and after a short time I noticed a clicking sound every time I backup or go forward.
I didn't get new pins or springs because they showed very little wear.
Thanks in advance.
If it wasn't making the noise before then you'll need to pull it all apart and clean all the contact points. You may be able to rotate the wheel by hand and listen for where the noise is coming from. Factory pads have a rubber (or something like rubber) anti-squeal shim adhered to the back of the pad that keeps them relatively quiet. Many aftermarket pads do not so if the pad rocks a bit in the caliper you'll hear clicking.
Depending on what pads and rotors you have, the pads can also wear funny on the rotor grooves, basically "catching" (ie clicking") as that spot on the rotor passes the pad.
