I have read extensively here and the information I am seeking seems to go in a lot of different directions. I have a 2014 Stingray with long tube headers and aftermarket X pipe. Yesterday I was coming back home to Florida from the Corvette expo in Pigeon Forge when suddenly it went into limp mode. I had to get in the right lane with the four way flashers on and could only do about 45 - 50. It was about 1:00 AM so fortunately not a lot of traffic. The CEL came on also along with the P with the little wrench under it. I babied it until I got to a Buckees and got gas and let it sit for about 10 minutes. I didn't have my code reader with me so when I got back in the car it started right up and while the CEL stayed on the other indicator went out and drove on home with full power and no problems.
This morning I checked the codes and they were, in this order: PO174; PO171; and P2138 (twice). I have looked into what these codes indicate the problem might be but here is my question. Often these types of codes are related to the O2 sensors in some respect. After I installed the headers I ran the car for about three weeks with no issues or lights. However, I did not have a tune done to eliminate the down stream O2's. Could this have cause the issues described above?
The throttle code was probably set off when it went into limp mode? As for the vacuum leak, if it's there I haven't been able to identify it yet but I appreciate the input. I have a heart cath in the morning so depending on the results from that as to when I will be able to get a chance to inspect things again. But I do have a question. If it was a vacuum leak I wonder why, after turning off the car and letting it sit for about 10 minutes it ran like normal for the next 4-5 hours that I drove it home. If it was a vacuum leak should it not have shown up almost immediately?

Thanks
Lean Bank 1 and 2 two .... reduced power does not set a throttle code ...you need to keep an eye on that one . You could have an air leak at the headers or collectors like stated above but the chances that both headers are leaking ...... pretty slim , that's why I said retrace your steps , especially if you unhooked any vacuum lines as a vacuum leak would cause both banks to go lean
Good luck with your procedure ...... let us know who it goes
