Jumper Harness replacement
While installing a catch can I realized that the insulation of the jumper harness in my c7 has disintegrated.
I ordered a new one. The replacement seems straightforward, anything that I need to be aware of?

Nobody has done this before? Do I have to disconnect the battery?

Who knows; but, it's always safest disconnecting the battery when mucking with electrical items. All the best!

Very easy to just remove the negative cable and then do your replacement.

A picture of a random harness with zero info regarding what it plugs into makes it impossible to answer your question.

Here is the picture:
I did the replacement without disconnecting the battery and everything seems to be working fine…
