side vent decal

I have seen a few decals at the top of the side fender vent in the indented area above the vent with a black decal. I cannot find anyone who sells them. Here is a car with it above the vent. Have any of you run across this for sale?

This thread has proven to be very educational to me. I'd seen photos of cars with those stripes before, but always assumed it was a shadow I was looking at, not an add-on stripe.

This is an interesting find for those looking to replicate the natural shadow under all lighting conditions. I never knew these stripes existed.

But I'm still going the natural route, although I appreciate knowing a stripe options is available.

I put my decals on today and they look great. I did not get any instructions on how to apply them but having applied over a hundred decals to John Deere tractors I'm pretty good with them. I always use a little soapy water on the decal and that lets you move it around to get it right. I learned a long time ago not to try to stick the sticky decal directly on the object because when you try to remove it to reposition it, you stretch the vinyl and it will never look right. Also, take the protective film off of decal before you put it on the car because it is very difficult trying to separate the film from the vinyl.
