"chrome" gold paint kits are available online. I've never done it for myself, but did use a low pressure gun to do some chromed gold accents for a buddy. He got the kit online, not sure where, but google will help you there. My choice of a base coat was a gloss black to start with. Since your emblems are plastic, it eliminates any high heat applications such as powdercoating.

Years ago I had a vendor, Auto Trim Design, do the gold plating on emblems I had. Not sure if that vendor is still in business anymore, but try checking with any auto accessory place in your area and see if either they do the plating or know of someone that does.
I found a place that will do 24K gold plating. For 2 crossed flag emblems, 2 Z06 fender emblems, and the "Corvette" emblem on back its $450.
2 week lead time. So I'll have them ready when the wheels show up and ill do everything at once. Also got another idea for further gold accent i might look into.
Once the warranty runs out this bad boy will be a 9 second monster.
Project started. So far the front flags and both fender emblems have been changed. Just the rear bumper left. The gold wheels should tie everything together nicely.
