I decided to go with the Optima Yellow Top due to my last experience with the Optima Red Top in my C5. I kept a battery tender on that one all of the time and it lasted 15 years from 2003-2018 before I replaced it with another red top. I installed it myself and after getting some great insights from this forum after experiencing a number of gremlins after first putting it in all of the gremlin issues have been resolved. Pricey but great peace of mind.
