PC Super Epoxy - I bought some recently to make a repair and I have used it a few times since. I'm very impressed. Bought it at Ace Hardware. I've never had a "glue" work as well.
I did a repair with 2 part gray epoxy and it worked well. You can add additional glue to areas that wont interfere with mounting. I used some fiberglass mesh and did 4 layers. It looks ugly but you can't see it when installed. I feel your pain. I guess the same DA shipped your light as mine. Also make sure you have three tabs on the headlight. They will try to sell you a headlight with the front tab missing, kind of hard to tell it broke off. Make sure the surfaces are very clean. Match where the crack is prefect, then first layer of glue. Make sure the first layer is dry before doing the rest of the layers. When all the layers are dry, you can trim it if you have to.
