C7 Trans triple flush

Is the Triple flush required on a 2019 A8 or was it already resolved? Thanks

If your car was built after the date in the PDF file above, then you have the new fluid in the A8 and you should be good to go. Otherwise, having the triple flush done should be on the list of things to do.

I don't see a date in the PDF. When did Bowling Green fix the issue?

Its the build date of the transmission not the car.

There is a sticker on the transmission that states its build date.

If the date is after 2-1-19 you have the new fluid.

Hmmm , I don't think so ..... 99.9% sure its the date when they built the car and filled the trans with fluid ....

I stand corrected ! , i guess they fill them before install and then just top them off , or maybe they overfill them knowing exactly how much fluid it will take to account for trans cooler etc
